1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a free touch-up or re-clean of the areas of concern.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

  • There was a clear error or omission by our team.

3. Refund Process

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to normal wear and tear, vehicle condition, or unrealistic expectations.

  • Services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations.
