Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 19, 2025

By booking a service with Christian Cleaning Brothers, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("customer" or "client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

Christian Cleaning Brothers, LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, and related services. All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise arranged.

2. Service Area

We provide mobile detailing services throughout the 941 area code region in Florida. Appointments outside this area may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the time of the appointment.

  • The vehicle must be parked in a safe and legal location where detailing work can be performed.

  • Customers should remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins.

4. Access Requirements

For certain services, we may require access to water and/or electricity. If these are needed, the customer will be informed in advance and must ensure access is available.

5. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Appointment reminders may be sent via text or email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen events.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to $25.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon arrival before the start of the service.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Credit or debit card

8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-cleans

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include a free touch-up or re-clean, at our discretion. (See Refund Policy for more.)

9. Liability

Christian Cleaning Brothers, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

  • Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle

  • Mechanical or electrical problems unrelated to detailing services

All services are provided at your own risk, and we recommend removing valuables and inspecting your vehicle before and after the service.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

  • The vehicle is excessively dirty beyond normal expectations

  • The location is unsafe or hazardous

  • The customer is uncooperative or disrespectful

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be made available on our website or provided upon request.
